There are different firmware downloads depending on the manufacture date and current firmware version of your camera.
How to find your device's manufacture year
To check the manufacture date of your camera, please look at the 13th and 14th digits of your serial number.
Cameras manufactured in 2026 will have “26” in this position.
Be sure to use only the appropriate download below. Installing the incorrect firmware version may result in abnormal behavior.
