  1. Under working mode, press the MENU key on the IR remote controller, to enter the OSD menu<\/li>
  2. After entering the main menu, use the navigate UP\/DOWN key to select the main menu. Once been selected, the main menu will change to blue background, and the right side will show all sub menu options.<\/li>
  3. Press the navigate RIGHT key to enter sub menu; use UP\/DONW key to select the sub menu; use the LEFT\/RIGHT key to select parameter.<\/li>

    1. Our 12X optical zoom PTZ has a standard FOV of around 80\u00b0. When zoomed in, you will only get around 12\u00b0 FOV, making this camera best for ranges up to 70ft.<\/li>
    2. Our 20X optical zoom PTZ has a standard FOV of 66\u00b0. When zoomed in, the camera narrows to 4\u00b0, perfectly capturing details up to 130ft.<\/li>

      1. Wall Mounted<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Wall-mounted PTZ cameras can offer eye-level views of large outdoor spaces. To\u00a0mount it on a wall, screw the base to the wall, or you can even use a junction box.<\/li>
      2. Ceiling Mounted<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Ceiling mounts should be done the same as the wall mounts. The wiring can be a bit tricky, but by finding the right power outlets and controllers, one can easily install a PTZ camera.<\/li>
      3. Tripod Mounted<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Tripod mounts have to be done safely as the cameras need to be mounted on a tripod rather than a wall.         1. Please confirm if the power supply is connected well and reboot configuration is normal, and whether the power indicator light is on;<\/li>
        2. If it is powered by USB, please make sure the power supply is stable (desktop is recommended to use the USB port behind the cabinet) ;<\/li>
        3. Please make sure the USB device (camera device) is in the Device Manager.<\/li>
        4. If an extension cable is added, please ensure the compatibility of the extension cable (first remove the extension cable, then use the factory standard USB cable for verification) ;<\/li>

        6. Please do not switch the video resolution while using the USB device manually;<\/li>

                          The red, green, and blue indicator light on the front of the camera is the tally light.                           This may be caused by a mismatch between the VI<\/strong> and VO<\/strong> frame rates. The camera has two frame rate settings: VI (video input from the sensor to the ISP) and VO (video output). If these two settings do not match, the video may appear choppy or stutter. To fix this, simply adjust VI and VO to be the same using the OSD menu<\/strong> or the Web UI<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
